
This wine is obtained from the vinification of Traminer grapes that occurs after cold maceration for about 8 hours. The wine is bright, golden yellow. To the nose it is aromatic, complex and it has got flavours of fruit and flowers and notes of spices. To the palate it is strong, sapid, balanced, highly persistent and full-bodied.
WINE PAIRING
Gewürztraminer reinforces spiced white meat or meat stuffed with baked vegetables (e.g. curry kebabs). Blue cheese, shellfish, artichokes.
The wine pairs well with grilled or raw shellfish - lobsters and shrimp.
